What information we collect

When placing an order we collect: email address, child’s name (optional), child’s photo (to create the personalized illustration), descriptive details such as eye and hair color, a dedication text (if chosen), and for Premium orders also a shipping address and phone number.

Why we collect this information

• To produce the personal illustration and the card file, or the physical shipment you ordered.
• To contact you about your order status and send the PDF file or shipping updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and handle inquiries or complaints.
• If you separately approved it on the order form, to send updates and marketing content.

Using the illustrated character for promotion and marketing

This is a separate, optional approval, not part of the general privacy policy, and not a condition for placing an order. Only if you checked a dedicated checkbox on the order form do we use the illustrated character (the "cartoon") created for your child, not the original photo you uploaded, in the game’s promotional and marketing materials, including on social media and the website. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Who the information is shared with

We use external service providers to run the site and process orders, and share with them only the information needed for their role:

• Supabase, Storage of order details and the database.
• Google Gemini, Processing the child’s photo solely to create the personal illustration.
• SUMIT, Processing payment for the order.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and don’t use it for any purpose unrelated to your order or the consent you gave. Order details that include physical shipping (name, address, phone, dedication) are also available in our internal order-management system, used solely to coordinate the actual printing and shipping. Access to it is protected by personal login and limited to the team handling orders.

Cookies

We distinguish between three categories of cookies, in accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law:

• Necessary, Required for the site to run properly and securely. These are always active and cannot be turned off.
• Analytics, Help us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and our own internal measurement for tracking the order process). Only load after explicit consent.
• Marketing & Advertising, Enable targeted advertising on social media (Meta Pixel for Facebook/Instagram), and share information about your visit to the site with Meta for that purpose. Only load after explicit consent.

The first time you enter the site, a banner is shown that lets you accept all, reject all, or choose exactly which categories to allow, with equal visual weight given to the accept and reject buttons. You can change your choice at any time via the button below:

Information security

We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access or use, including restricting access to the information solely for processing and fulfilling your order.

Your rights

Under the law, you may request to review the information collected about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw, at any time, consent you gave to receive marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below.
