Ideas for Money Wisdom #13

💡 You can do "the other way round" with money too - change the usual order of things.

For example:
Used to saving only what's left after you shop? You can do exactly the opposite - first set aside your savings amount, and only afterward decide what you can buy with what's left.

When you reverse the order, saving becomes the first thing that happens, not the last.

Ready for a challenge? We've prepared some extra challenges for you to try

Now it's your turn to invent. Take a daily action and reverse it completely, and tell us what came out of it.

Easy
1. Try a reversed order for one small action together, like putting on shoes before socks, and see what happens.
2. Ask your child which house rule they would flip if they could, and why.

A bit of a stretch
3. Try together, for one month, saving first and spending only what's left, and check how that feels different.
4. Ask your child to plan a whole reversed day that starts in the evening and ends in the morning, and decide what would change.

Challenge for champions
5. Ask your child to invent a new product born from turning an existing product on its head, just like the upside-down box.
6. Try thinking together about a rule that seems completely obvious, and ask what would happen if you did exactly the opposite of it for one day.
