💡 Our money can also be divided asymmetrically - what does that mean?!
It means that to save for the different goals we talked about in the previous cards, we won't always choose to save / divide / set aside the same amount of our pocket money for every goal.
This kind of division, which is not equal between the different goals we want to reach, is asymmetry.
Also, the smarter way to manage money properly is to understand its purpose, what it means to us, which goals it can help us reach, and how it makes us feel.
When we understand these things, we can manage our pocket money better and from a better place, in a way that serves our aspirations and the feeling the money gives us.
So the recommendation is not to divide money equally between the different goals, but to think about which goals matter more or less to us, and divide our pocket money between them accordingly.
