Coupon and Promotion Policy

What each promotion includes

For each promotion we will show the products included, the price before the promotion where relevant and documented, the price after the discount or the discount rate, the promotion period, the terms of redemption, product restrictions, the usage quota, and shipping fees.

Coupon code

A coupon code may have a start date, an end date, a usage quota, eligible products, a target audience, and a restriction on combining it with other benefits. These terms will be shown when the code is published or before it is redeemed.

A code that has expired, been exhausted, or been cancelled cannot be redeemed. Shipping fees are included in the discount only if explicitly stated.

The sticker hunt

• Bina stickers with a QR code are placed in various spots in the neighborhood, each with one of 7 hunt cards. Anyone who scans all 7 different cards receives a personal 10% discount code.
• A card counts only when the code on the sticker itself is scanned. Opening the game page from another link does not count. All 7 cards must be scanned within 7 days of the first scan; a scan older than 7 days drops out of the count, and the same sticker can be scanned again. The count is kept in the browser where the stickers were scanned, so all of them need to be scanned from the same phone and browser.
• The code appears at the end of the game once all 7 cards have been scanned, and is carried automatically to the order form. The code is for a single use only, and the same device always receives the same code. The code is valid for 14 business days (Sunday to Thursday) from the day it was received, and its expiry date is shown next to it.
• The discount stacks with the discount for consenting to the use of the child’s illustrated character (10%), when that consent was given on the order form. It does not stack with another coupon code, and if a higher automatic promotion is active at the same time, the higher discount applies.
• The code cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end the hunt with a notice on the site; a code already received before then will be honored until the end of 14 business days from the day it was received.

Promotion period

The promotion is valid only during the dates stated in its publication. During peak periods, or in the event of a change in terms, we will publish an update through the same channel the original promotion was published on, subject to the law.

Errors and technical malfunctions

If a good-faith error occurs in a publication, or a technical malfunction occurs, we will act to correct the information and will contact the customer if needed. This does not diminish any rights under the law.
