This document is general information about the terms of promotions on the site and does not diminish any consumer rights that cannot be contracted out of by law.
For each promotion we will show the products included, the price before the promotion where relevant and documented, the price after the discount or the discount rate, the promotion period, the terms of redemption, product restrictions, the usage quota, and shipping fees.
A coupon code may have a start date, an end date, a usage quota, eligible products, a target audience, and a restriction on combining it with other benefits. These terms will be shown when the code is published or before it is redeemed.
A code that has expired, been exhausted, or been cancelled cannot be redeemed. Shipping fees are included in the discount only if explicitly stated.
The promotion is valid only during the dates stated in its publication. During peak periods, or in the event of a change in terms, we will publish an update through the same channel the original promotion was published on, subject to the law.
If a good-faith error occurs in a publication, or a technical malfunction occurs, we will act to correct the information and will contact the customer if needed. This does not diminish any rights under the law.
